Part of being a great athlete is learning how to trust your training and your instincts when it’s time to compete. The best players aren't just reacting to what happens—they're thinking ahead, anticipating the play, and attacking with confidence.
These specialized clinics combine intentional on-field coaching with mental performance training to help athletes become smarter, more confident, and more instinctive players.

Part of being a great athlete is learning how to trust your training and your instincts when it’s time to compete. We’ve all seen players who are thinking and doubting themselves while the play is happening instead of anticipating and aggressively attacking.
These clinics focus on building and preparing those anticipation skills so instinct can take over in the game.
This is NOT your typical skills-and-drills clinic where players get endless repetitions that lack quality. Our approach combines chalk talk, game-like scenarios, intentional repetitions, and mental training to help athletes understand the game and make confident decisions under pressure.
Our goal is to develop difference makers on their teams—players who make the kind of plays that have other parents and coaches asking: “WHERE DID SHE LEARN TO DO THAT?!”
Are you ready to transform from a baserunner into a constant offensive threat?
This specialized baserunning clinic is designed to take your approach from passive to aggressive, teaching you how to put maximum pressure on the defense, regardless of your speed.
True baserunning excellence starts in the mind. Smart baserunning requires the ability to focus on WIN (What's Important Now) in order to make split-second decisions under pressure.
Stretching your comfort zone and challenging yourself to be more aggressive.
Building awareness of your speed and abilities to take calculated risks.
Developing confidence to test defensive limits.
Making smart, decisive baserunning reads.
Using mistakes to reflect, learn, and improve on your next rep.

Are you ready to transform from a reactive defender into a confident, game-aware playmaker?
Great defense is about more than just fielding the ball—it’s about thinking ahead, anticipating what’s coming, and being ready to make the right play.
This specialized defensive clinic will help players develop their internal clock by learning to read the situation, understand their plan of attack, and execute under pressure with confidence.
Through game-like scenarios and intentional repetitions, athletes will develop their Softball IQ, decision-making skills, and instincts to become smarter, more prepared defenders.
YOU WILL WORK ON:
Developing your internal clock through situational awareness and game knowledge.
Anticipating the play and establishing a plan of attack before the ball is hit.
Building awareness of your strengths to make confident, calculated decisions.
Trusting your preparation and executing with purpose.
Letting go of past mistakes and refocusing on WIN (What's Important Now).
Using mistakes to reflect, learn, and improve on your next rep.

Physical skills are only part of the game. What happens between repetitions—and how athletes respond when things don't go as planned—can make the difference between reacting with doubt and competing with confidence.
Both clinics include dedicated “WIN the Moment” mental practice designed to help athletes develop the mental skills needed to perform under pressure.
PREPARE
Read the situation, anticipate what's coming, and establish a plan before the play happens.
EXECUTE
Trust your preparation, commit to your decision, and attack the play with confidence.
RESET
Learn from the result, let go of the last play, and refocus on WIN: What's Important Now.
Athletes will practice stretching their comfort zones, recognizing their strengths, taking calculated risks, and using mistakes as opportunities to reflect, learn, and improve.
Every athlete will receive a WIN the Moment notebook to use during the clinic and beyond, building habits that carry into practices, games, and everyday life.
You can't change the last play. You can control how you prepare for and approach the next one.
