Allie Perugini, MA, CMPC is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wesley College in Delaware and went on to the University of Denver to attain a Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology.
Allie supports athletes, coaches, performing artists, and individuals in high-pressure, high-risk roles in leveraging their minds as a performance edge. She works with teams of all levels to build resilience, focus, and the ability to perform confidently under pressure, while also fostering trust and psychological safety—the foundation for strong communication and accountability. Allie also runs a Delaware-based private practice, Embark Mental Performance.

Allie was a three-sport athlete in high school before competing in both field hockey and lacrosse for four years at the Division III level. Her passion for sport—and the teamwork, discipline, enjoyment, and lessons in leadership and resilience it fosters—continues to drive her work today.
She thrives on staying active and competitive, participating in adult field hockey leagues, snowboarding, and hiking, while constantly challenging herself to grow physically and mentally.
Allie brings a distinctive approach to group mental performance work by blending personalization with highly interactive, engaging experiences. She recognizes that no two individuals or teams are the same, and tailors each session to meet participants where they are, creating space for meaningful connection and growth. Through opportunities for self-reflection, open dialogue, and real-time application, she keeps participants actively involved rather than passively learning. Most importantly, Allie ensures that every workshop translates into action—equipping performers with clear, practical tools and strategies they can immediately apply in their sport, work, and daily lives.
